How Q² Machines collects, uses and protects the personal information you send through this website.

This website, www.q2m.io, is operated by Q² Machines (trading as Quarryquip Ltd), 71 Warren Road, Bejucal, Cunupia, Trinidad and Tobago.
Only what you choose to send us through the enquiry forms: your name, email address and message, and, if you provide them, your company name, telephone number, the service or equipment item you are asking about, and how you would like us to reply. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and arrange the services or equipment you ask about. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
When you send a form, your details are delivered by email through EmailJS (emailjs.com), an email-delivery service, to our company mailbox. This website does not keep form submissions in a database.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It keeps one temporary value in your browser session so that the automatic language redirect runs only once; it contains no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.
To display this website, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons and scripts from the jsDelivr content delivery network, so those providers receive your IP address and browser details. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram lead to services with their own privacy policies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and operation.
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and for our business records.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
